Silver-Nomad, LLC ("Silver-Nomad", "we") operates RR Gates (https://gates.resracing.net), a private web service for the staff of Resolute Racing near Midway, Kentucky, and sends text-message (SMS) notices to RR Gates users who have opted in. This policy covers RR Gates and its SMS program.
What we collect
Your name and mobile number; your signed paper consent statement; the RR Gates records needed to run the service (for example which gate button was pressed and when); and message delivery records from our text-messaging provider.
How we use it
To run RR Gates, to send the operational text notices you agreed to, and to keep records of consent and opt-outs.
SMS opt-in data
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile information is shared only with the service provider that delivers our text messages, solely to deliver them. Your name and mobile number are also visible to the RR Gates administrators who enroll users (Silver-Nomad, LLC and Resolute Racing's farm manager), solely to operate RR Gates.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are enrolled in RR Gates and remove it when you leave; signed consent statements are kept as records of consent.
