Program description: RR Gates (https://gates.resracing.net) is a private web service operated by Silver-Nomad, LLC that lets authorized Resolute Racing staff operate the farm's gates from a personal web page. If you opt in, Silver-Nomad, LLC sends you brief operational text messages: a notice that a new message is waiting on your gate page (with a link), a welcome text when you enroll, and occasionally a short notice about the RR Gates service itself. No marketing messages are sent.

How you opt in

In person, by signing the consent statement on the printed RR Gates consent form (see the form). There is no online or keyword opt-in. Texts are optional; you can use your gate page without them.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, typically 1–10 messages per month.

Stopping and help

To cancel: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final text confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.
